Questionable business practices

This site is extremely misleading. They hawk free add-ons, do not prominently diplay the associated exorbitant S&H charges, and do not reveal the total charges until after the transaction is complete. S&H ended up BEING OVER 50% OF MY ORDER!!!! When I called their "customer Service" I was told that the system will not have my order for 24-48 hours and there was nothing they could do. Sketchy and scammy at best. No resolution to date. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!

My daughter (age 7) saved her money up for one of these. It turned out to be such a disappointment. The studs were hard to set, the plastic setter was difficult to use, the studs, even after getting them (finally) in the right place in the fabric - still had metal prongs on the backside of the fabric - the side where your SKIN is. It felt like having a rasper on the inside of her jeans. Save your money. I wish i could give it zero stars.
